Yoga and Mindful Nature Connection

Join yoga teacher, Kate Greenleaf, and Kripalu certified mindful outdoor leadership guide, Sarah Zschau, for a collaborative wellness offering.

Spending time in nature can be such a support to our well-being.

Join us for an afternoon workshop where we’ll practice yoga to warm up our muscles and joints as well as drop-in to our center.

Following yoga practice, we’ll gather our warmer layers and head outdoors to connect with the expansive healing powers of nature. Recent studies are showing evidence proving just how beneficial the great outdoors can be for us on many levels.

Together we’ll practice our capacity to be present to ourselves and the natural world around us with a mindful group walk.
The afternoon will finish back at the Grange Hall with a cup of warm spiced cider before departure.
